Funeral Service for Addie Folks Shiew, 96 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 25, 2023 at Eastside Baptist Church in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on July 19, 1927 in Akins community, Oklahoma to Ethabell (Farris) Luther and Orin Harmon Luther and passed away on August 21, 2023 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She retired from National Bank of Sallisaw after 34 years and was a member of Eastside Baptist Church in Sallisaw.

Survivors are two sons, Glennis Folks and Judy of Sallisaw, OK and Gary Folks and Sharon of Sallisaw, OK; four grandchildren, Chris Folks and Tracy of Fort Smith, AR, Elizabeth Tudor and Joey of Alma, AR, Shane Folks and Hannah of Baton Rouge, LA and Charemon Jenkins and Robert of Sallisaw, OK; seven great-grandchildren, Trevor, Audra, Caitlin, Piper, Parker, Kaylee and Braydon; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, Jack Folks, Oddmund Olsson and Wayne Shiew; her parents; one sister, Inez Duty and one brother, J.V. Luther.

Active Pallbearers will be Robert Jenkins, Trevor Jenkins, Chris Folks, Joey Tudor, Leo Farmer and Barney Girdner.

Honorary Pallbearers will be the Maverick Sunday School Class.

Viewing will be 10 am – 8 pm Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
