Funeral service for Andy Leroy Spence, 61, of Alma, Arkansas will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 7, 2019 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Mitchell Cemetery in Gans, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on September 5, 1957 in Van Buren, Arkansas to Sue (Williams) Spence and Lloyd Spence and passed away on September 3, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He married Eva Jean (England) Spence on July 4, 1987 in Alma, Arkansas. He was a heavy equipment operator for Gryner and Harris Construction Companies and was of the Assembly of God faith.

Survivors are:

wife: Eva of the home;

1 son: Randall Plank and Ronni of Shady Point, OK;

4 grandchildren: Madison, Harley, Ethan and Ryan;

2 brothers: John Spence of Van Buren, AR and Jess Spence of Chester, AR;

mother: Sue Spence of Van Buren, AR;

numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends;

He was preceded in death by his father, 2 sisters: Mary Plumtree and Connie Abu-Haider and 1 brother: Harold Spence.

Active Pallbearers will be Erick Spence, Raymond Lyle, Wesley Gryner, Daniel Beck, Trevor England and Kyle Pendergrass.

Honorary Pallbearers will be John Spence, Jess Spence, Dennis England, Rocky England, Gayland England and William Gryner, Jr.

Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Friday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma where family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
