Arnold D. O'Neal

Arnold D. O’Neal, 85, of Sallisaw, OK passed away on November 14, 2017 in his home. He was born on August 1, 1932 in Liberty, OK to Arthur and Delia (Ballinger) O’Neal. Mr. O’Neal served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was married to Virginia V. Reed on August 30, 1952 in Muldrow, OK.

Arnold was an avid hunter, fisherman, golfer and OU fan. He was a former deacon and adult Sunday school teacher for over 50 years at First Assembly of God Church in Sallisaw. He was also a member of the Ouachita Wilderness Club and president of Speer Hardware Co. for 42 years.

10 grandchildren: Amiee Wenson, Rebecca Crawford, Kathleen Crawford, Jared Clements, Jennifer Jackson, Misty Waters, Ryan O’Neal, Brandy Duke, Leslie Humphries and Amanda O’Neal
