He was born on October 6, 1939 in Tahlequah, OK to Rachel Vann Allen and Arthur Amos Allen and passed away on January 12, 2018 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He was married to Delores Batey Allen on April 16, 1971 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was a CPA and U.S. Air Force Veteran.

Survivors are:

2 daughters: Dena Bottoms of Colorado Springs, CO
and Cristy Bond of Sallisaw, OK

1 son: Jody Allen of Muldrow, OK

8 grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, and 1 brother: Jack Allen
