Burial will follow at Maple Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on November 22, 1954 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Nancy Prewett Morgan and Avis Edmond Morgan, Sr. and passed away on December 28, 2019 in Roland, Oklahoma. He was married to Sherry (Goff) Morgan on April 8, 1976 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He was a former dispatcher at Muldrow Police Department and a member of Eastside Holiness Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma.

Survivors are:

wife: Sherry of the home;

2 daughters: Cheritie Schielke and Steven of Marble City, OK and April Rowe and Aaron of Muldrow, OK;

8 grandchildren: Skyler and FarrahLynn, Sawyer, Slater, Spencer, Symber, Ethan, Bryson and Connor;

2 sisters: Carol Williams of Seymour, MO and Janet Taylor of Muldrow, OK;

several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 great-grandson, Oakley Schielke.

Active Pallbearers will be Bro. Skeet Forrester, Bro. Gary Firestine, Bro. Jonathan Firestine, Bro. Quinten Crawford, Bro. Cole Lenington and Sammy Hughes.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Carlos Harvell, Jim “Boog” Harvell, Tracey Morgan, Ronnie Darrell Morgan, Charles Taylor, Jim Woodward, Bro. Dwaine Lee, Bro. Robert Robertson, Anthony Gregory, Archie Followill, Eddie Green and Utah Everett.

Viewing will be 2 – 8 PM Tuesday and 1 – 8 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM Wednesday.
