Barbara Ann (Kinman) Stubblefield

Barbara Ann (Kinman) Stubblefield, age 80, of Muldrow, Oklahoma, passed away on March 23, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Born on December 23, 1944, in Porterville, California, she was the daughter of Elizabeth Margaret (Collins) Kinman and Virgil Douglas Kinman. Barbara’s life was marked by her deep commitment to family.

On March 2, 1963, Barbara was united in marriage to Jimmy Ray Stubblefield in Terra Bella, California. He preceded her in death on August 13, 2022. Barbara dedicated herself to her role as a homemaker, nurturing her family with affection and warmth.

Barbara leaves behind two granddaughters, Tarran Bankston and Jonathan of Muldrow, OK and Nichole Ward and Blake of Muldrow, Oklahoma; great-grandson, Konner Bankston; great-granddaughter, Adyson Ward; one sister, Wanda Day Turner of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and several other family members and friends.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Jimmy Ray Stubblefield; two sons, Tony Stubblefield and Derrick Stubblefield; her parents; and two brothers, Harold D. Kinman and Kevin Douglas Kinman.

Barbara’s funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma, with burial to follow at Antioch Cemetery in Stigler, Oklahoma. Viewing will be Noon to 8 PM on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel, where the family will be present to greet guests from 6 to 8 PM.

Active pallbearers will be Joe Hatfield, Jonathan Bankston, Konner Bankston, Gary Stubblefield, and Dalen Garner.
