Graveside Service for Barrett Cole Blaylock, 31, of Fort Smith, Arkansas will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Seabolt Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on August 23, 1990 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Rebecca Fay (Vann) Wofford and Marshall Ray Blaylock and passed away on September 13, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was a personal trainer and of the Baptist faith.

Survivors are:

Father, Marshall and Debbie Blaylock of Tontitown, AR;

2 Brothers, Justin Blaylock of Broken Arrow, OK and Tyler Blaylock of Muldrow, OK;

2 Sisters, Jami Morgan of Elkins, AR and Micah Wofford of Van Buren, AR;

3 Nephews: Kayden Blaylock, Olen Thibideaux and Zailen Wofford;

Grandmothers, Margaret Blaylock of Muldrow, OK and Joyce Vann Smith of Rogers, AR;

3 Aunts, Dalana Blaylock Rice of Russellville, AR, Christy Vann Richard of Fort Smith, AR and Teresa Vann of Hot Springs, AR.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Fay (Vann) Wofford; and grandfathers, Moody Ray Blaylock and Fay Vann.

Active Pallbearers will be Justin, Tyler, Jami, Micah, Zachary and MacKenzie.

Visitation will be Noon – 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
