She was born on December 28, 1930 in Bentonville, Arkansas to Ethelyn (Terry) Wilson and Jack Wilson and passed away on August 26, 2021 in Warner, Oklahoma. She was married to Joseph De Roulhac, Sr. on August 11, 1951 in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He preceded her in death on September 7, 2005. She was formerly a member of Park Hill Baptist Church in North Little Rock, Arkansas and Germantown Baptist Church in Germantown, Tennessee. Bettie was a homemaker.

Survivors are:

1 daughter: Terry Lyons of Warner, OK;

1 son: Joseph De Roulhac, Jr. and Cindy of Redlands, CA;

3 grandchildren: Jennifer Hart and John of Fort Gibson, OK, Robert Lyons, Jr. and Deanna of Memphis, TN and Christina De Roulhac of Redlands, CA;

7 great-grandchildren: Katie, Karlee, Karaline, Evan, Abalynn, Addison and Francisco “Kiko;”

several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
