Services for Betty Irene Hooker, 75 of will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
She was born on May 18, 1942 in Fairfield, Connecticut to Irene (Bos) King and Howard Randell King and passed away on April 15, 2018 in Vian, Oklahoma. She was married to Donald Charles Hooker on December 11, 1971. He preceded her in death on June 24, 2005. She was the Activities Director for Vian Nursing Home.
Survivors are:
2 sons: DJ Hooker of Vian, OK and Michael DeBiase of Danbury, CT
2 daughters: Donna Collins and husband, Mark of Vian, OK and Lisa Ridgeway and husband, Rob of Vian, OK
2 stepsons: Charles Hooker and Michael Warner
1 step daughter: Laura Lenhard
Grandchildren: Kelsea, Rachael, Rebekah, Grant, Mason, Zakery, Christina, Daisy, Devin, Derek and Roy
several great grandchildren
many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends
2 sisters: Vykiena King Sayles of Connecticut and Jean King Brown of Vermont
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
Active Pallbearers will be Grant Collins, Zak Hooker, Mason Collins, Rob Ridgeway, Mark Collins and Trace Kizzia.
Viewing will be Tuesday Noon – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. The family will greet from 6 – 8 pm at the funeral home.
