Betty Lou (Robinson) Neighbors

Cremation Service for Betty Lou Neighbors, 89, of Gore, Oklahoma is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on April 12, 1934 in Gore, Oklahoma to Bertie (Parks) Robinson and Oscar Levi Robinson and passed away peacefully at home, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer’s, on Friday, January 12, 2024 in Gore, Oklahoma. She was married to Jim Neighbors and preceded her in death. Betty was a very loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who always had a big hug for everyone.

Survivors are three sons, Eddie, Nelson and Matt; two daughters, Mary Johnson and Becky Carter; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim; one son, Sam; twin great-grandsons; two brothers, George and Walter Robinson; and four sisters, Hazel Callahan, Madge Glass, Donnie Lowe and Beulah Shade.
