She was born on November 12, 1962 in Bonham, Texas to Kathryn June (McAdams) Havens and Grady Ray Havens, Jr. and passed away on January 21, 2022 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She was a retail clerk.

Survivors are:

2 sons: Justin Thomas and Terrie of Sallisaw, OK and Cody Thomas and Bre of Sallisaw, OK;

6 grandchildren: Blake, Ellie, Bradon, Nevaeh, Gunner and Charlie;

Parents: Kathryn and Grady Havens, Jr. of Hawkins, TX;

1 brother: Keith Havens of Alba, TX;

Numerous other relatives and friends.
