He was born on August 29, 1953 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Laura (Riggs) Terry and Eual Terry and passed away on April 30, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Melba (Green) Terry on June 7th in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was an electrician at Mac Steel.

Survivors are wife, Melba of the home; one daughter, Shaney Weeks of Muldrow, OK; three sons, Christopher Terry of Bentonville, AR, Kelly Broadway of Muldrow, OK and Joseph Broadway of Muldrow, OK; 11 grandchildren; and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one son, David Terry.
