Services for Billie Forenback will be at 1 pm on December 28, 2017 at First Assembly of God Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Lexington Cemetery in Lexington, Kentucky under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc..

Viewing will be Wednesday noon – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK.

The family will greet Wednesday 6 – 8 pm at the funeral home.

Billie Daphine (Russell) Forenback, 75 of Muldrow, Oklahoma passed away on December 24, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was born on May 12, 1942 in Muldrow, Oklahoma to Jewel Faye (Rogers) Russell and Luther Sterling Russell. She was married to Albert John Forenback on August 9, 1962 in Poteau, Oklahoma. She was homemaker and school crossing guard and of the Assembly of God faith.

1 daughter: Karen Robinson of Arizona

1 grandson: Stephen Forenback of Lexington, KY

3 granddaughters: Kayleigh Rose Forenback of Sparta, NJ, Emily Cross of Lexington, KY, and Allison Robinson of Lexington, KY

4 brothers and 3 sisters in law: Leonard “Chang” and Donna Russell, Hayden and Pat Russell of Muldrow, OK, Terry Russell of Tulsa, OK, and Garland “OBoy” and Meta Russell of Gore, OK

4 sisters: Lola McGehee of Muldrow, OK, Fern Middleton of Muldrow, OK, Maxine Moore of Muldrow, OK, and Donna Jones of Ft. Smith, AR

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert; her parents, Luther and Jewel Russell; and 3 brothers, Glen Wesley Russell, Amon Cecil Russell, and Raymond Cecil Russell
