Billie Marie (Moss) Catron Foster

A celebration of life for Billie Marie (Moss) Catron Foster, 87 of Vian, Oklahoma will be at 10 am on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 at First United Methodist Church in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on May 5, 1931 in Vian, Oklahoma to Marie Moss and Ernest Moss and she passed from this life peacefully surrounded by family on August 9, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was married to John Foster. Billie obtained a Masters Degree in Education with emphasis on special education and worked with children throughout Eastern Oklahoma.

3 daughters and sons in law: Rebecca and Rodney Ballard of Poteau, OK, Jackie and Art Brightwell of Broken Arrow, OK, and Kimberly and Jimmy Splawn of Katy, TX

Son: George Catron of Vacaville, CA

Grandchildren: Marc Willis (Ashley) and children, Shon, Holly, and Wyatt of Poteau, OK; Jeff Rosenberg (Melissa) and child, Morgan of Southlake, TX; Tori White (Blake) and children, Maci, Layni, and Avery of Poteau, OK; Jared Rosenberg (Kati) and children, Josi, Haven, and Harlow of Tenkiller, OK; John Royce, Sophia, and Dalton of Katy, TX; Jennifer Catron of Sallisaw, OK and Bobbi Catron of Dixon, CA

Special cousin: Rita Larson of Vian, OK and a host of friends, family, and loved ones

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Marie Moss.

Active Pallbearers will be Blake White, Jim Splawn, John R. Splawn, Mark Adams, Justin Carlton and Frank Ed Thornton.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Don Brockman, Robert Jones, Don LaRue and Jesse Lewis.

The family will greet Tuesday from 6 – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
