Funeral Service for Billie Sue Phillips, 69, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Akins Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on July 22, 1952 in Mesa, Arizona to Lois Marie (Ingram) Wells and William James Clay and passed away on August 30, 2021 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was married to Jerry Wayne Phillips on August 30, 1991 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She was of the Protestant faith.

Survivors are:

husband: Jerry of the home;

2 daughters: Treasa Fields of Sallisaw, OK and Stephanie Phillips of Sallisaw, OK;

5 grandchildren: Malachi Fields, Aubreigh Harden, Makenna Kelley, Allisyn Warrick and Zayne Corbett;

2 great-grandchildren: Kailyn and Roselyn;

sister: Sherrie Godfrey of Warner, OK;

numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, David Corbett; one grandson, Donavon Corbett; and her parents.

Active pallbearers will be Malachi Fields, Zayne Corbett, Graden Kelley, Jon Machalicha, Donnie Kibbe and Baydon Rosin.

Honorary pallbearers will be Cody Rogers, Steve Philpot and Randy Wells.

Viewing will be Noon – 8 PM Friday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
