He was born on October 21, 1960 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Shannon (Mitchell) Magness and Billy Melvin Eppler and passed away on April 24, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was a carpenter. He loved hunting, fishing, camping and anything outdoors.

Survivors are one daughter, Bridgett Wilson and Steven of Oak Harbor, WA;

one son, Billy Keith Eppler, Jr. and Leslie of Mesa, AZ;

four grandchildren, Julian Wilson, Owen Wilson, Charlotte Wilson, all of Oak Harbor, WA and Sasha Liemkehleur of Ohio;

and other relatives and friends.
