Services for Billy Wayne Gibson, Sr., 59, of Oolagah, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 pm on February 14, 2018 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Marble City Cemetery in Marble City, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on July 28, 1958 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Evelyn (Poindexter) Sanders and Don Lewis Gibson and passed away on February 11, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was a heavy equipment operator and an Episcopalian.

Survivors are:

1 son: Billy Wayne Gibson, Jr. of Oolagah, OK

Mother: Evelyn Sanders of Oolagah, OK

2 sisters: Donna Gibson of Sallisaw, OK and Darla Davis of Oolagah, OK

1 brother: Charles Sanders of Oolagah, OK

3 step brothers: Tommy Sanders of Broken Arrow, OK, Chester Sanders of Centralia, MO and Rodney Sanders of Claremore, OK

numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends

He was preceded in death by father, Don Lewis Gibson and 1 sister, Sharla Gibson

Active Pallbearers will be Charles Sanders, Curtis Don Wilson, Steven Jay Owens, Bobby Ray Poindexter, Edward Poindexter, and Dale Ollis.

Viewing will be Tuesday from 10 am – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
