Funeral Service for Bobby Dean Caughman, 66, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, June 22, 2023 at Brushy School Gymnasium in Brushy Community, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Brushy Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on December 8, 1956 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Frances Laverne (Hill) Caughman and Johnny George Caughman and passed away on June 18, 2023 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Brenda (Crawford) Caughman on July 22, 1982 in Marble City, Oklahoma. Bobby was a bus driver and worked in maintenance for Brushy Public Schools and was a member of Brushy Volunteer Fire Department for over 30 years.

Survivors are wife, Brenda of the home; two daughters, Shelli Caughman of Sallisaw, OK and Shalee Caughman of Sallisaw, OK; one son, Sheldon Caughman and Hannah of Marble City, OK; two grandchildren, Hadlee and Bo Caughman; two sisters, Patricia Caughman of Sallisaw, OK and Tawanna Keith and Raymond of Sallisaw, OK; three brothers, Jimmy Caughman of Sallisaw, OK, Mark Caughman and Louise of Rocky Point, OK and Glen Caughman and Melissa of Sallisaw, OK; and numerous aunts, uncles, and a host of other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one sister, Debbie Bair.

Active Pallbearers will be Sheldon Caughman, Ryon Mefford, Glen Caughman, Dion Caughman, Clifford Eppler and Greg Price.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Matthew Caughman, Luke Caughman and members of the Brushy Volunteer Fire Department.

Visitation will be 10 AM – 8 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 6 – 8 PM.
