He was born on May 28, 1972 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Mary Ann Douglas and James Taylor and passed away on August 22, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Larenia Victoria (Crase) Douglas on February 13, 2002 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Mr. Douglas worked at OK Foods in Muldrow, Oklahoma.
Survivors are:
wife: Larenia;
1 son: Brandon Crase of Muldrow, OK;
2 daughters: BriOnna Douglas of Muldrow, OK and Sky Connacher of Muldrow, OK;
mother: Mary Ann Douglas of Sallisaw, OK;
2 sisters: Cynthia Cones of Sallisaw, OK and Joy Douglas of Sallisaw, OK;
1 brother: Charles Douglas of Sallisaw, OK;
several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by 1 brother, Robert Douglas.
Active Pallbearers will be Benard, Carl, Delbert, Eric, Ricky and C.J.
Viewing will be 10 am – 8 pm Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
