Graveside Service for Brian Lee Keith, 48 of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Lee’s Chapel Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on April 1, 1973 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Kathy Denise (DeFosse) Keith and E.J. Keith and passed away on August 19, 2021 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. He was the owner and operator of Brian’s Speedometer Repair and of the Christian faith.

Survivors are:

4 sons: Christopher, Tyler, Justin and Shane;

1 daughter: MaKayla;

father: E.J. Keith and Shannon of Muldrow, OK;

mother: Kathy Keith of Muldrow, OK;

4 brothers: Jeff Keith of Muldrow, OK, Darren Keith of Muldrow, OK, Josh Woodrome of Fort Smith, AR and Cody Woodrome of San Diego, CA;

3 sisters: Angel Keith of Muldrow, OK, Ericca Keith of Muldrow, OK and Danielle Chandler of Oceanside, CA;

several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Active Pallbearers will be Shawn Jeremiah, Ricky Smith, Hunter Keith, Loren Matthews, Richard Herder and Timmy Keith.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Jeff Keith and Mike Keith.

Viewing will be 4 – 8 PM Saturday and 2 – 8 PM Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK.
