Carl "Frog" D Blevins

Carl D. “Frog” Blevins was born July 30, 1949 in Blackgum, Oklahoma, the son of Hugh Densmore Blevins and Lillie Belle (Flanagan) Blevins. He passed this life on July 18, 2017 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas at the age of 67.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine; 1 son, Robert Dale Blevins; his parents,
Hugh and Lillie Blevins; and sister, Patsy Teehee
