Services for Carol June (Darling) Trammell, 85, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 28, 2019 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on June 28, 1933 in Chicago, Illinois to Ruth Martha (Hardman) Darling and John Arthur Darling and passed away on June 19, 2019 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was married to James Edward Trammell on October 30, 1976 in Blackgum, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death on May 7, 1998. She was a homemaker, quilter and worked at McDonalds.

Survivors are:

4 daughters: Elizabeth Jane Gillioz of New York, Ruth Smith of Oklahoma City, OK, Karen Shamblin of Wichita, KS and Patsy Haynes of Tulsa, OK;

1 son: Robert Taylor;

numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren;

other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 2 sons: John and Jerry Taylor and 2 brothers.

Viewing will be Noon – 8 PM Wednesday and 10 AM – 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
