Graveside Service for Carrol Wayne Bruce, 95, of Park Hill, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Blackjack Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on February 8, 1929 in Duncan, Oklahoma to Opal and Marvin Bruce and passed away on May 6, 2024 in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  He was married to Hattie (Frasier) Bruce in 1948 in California. She preceded him in death on April 24, 2003.  He was the water department manager of Lamont, California. He was a Korean War Veteran and proud of his service in the U.S. Navy. He enjoyed fishing, visiting the casino, tinkering on cars and other mechanical things and watching western movies. He had an ornery since of humor and will be missed greatly.

Survivors are two daughters, Linda Cuozzo and Bob of Muldrow, OK and Glenda Hixson of Park Hill, OK; four grandchildren, Rashella Dunn and Stuart of Lewisville, TX, Kenda Hixson of Park Hill, OK, Alicia Yates of Roland, OK and Shane Hixson and Emily of Provo, UT; 11 great-grandchildren, Tanner, Drake, Lance, Ragan, Thomas, Taylor, Tristan, Ingrid, Hyrum, Hasel and Millie; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Hattie; and two sons, Ricky Bruce and Keith Bruce.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Tanner, Drake, Lance, Thomas and Jay.
