Funeral services for Cecil Qualls will be at 1 pm on December 13, 2017 at Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc..

Active Pallbearers will be Carlos Short, Jerry Jordan, Steve Osburn, Terry Young, Scott Hass and Randy Hass.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Southern, Rick Pendergrass, and the men of the Adult Sunday School Class at Eastside Baptist Church .

The family will greet Tuesday from 6 – 8 pm at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Vision Fund at Eastside Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow.

Cecil Franklin (Bailey) Qualls, 81 of Muldrow, Oklahoma passed away on December 9, 2017 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. She was born on September 16, 1936 in Asher, Oklahoma to Jessie Ethel (Phillips) Bailey and William Francis Bailey. She was married to Billy David Qualls on July 22, 1955 in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She was a homemaker, member of Eastern Star and member of Eastside Freewill Baptist Church in Muldrow.

2 sons: Billy David Qualls, Jr. and Sharlotte of Hot Springs, AR
and Brian Keith Qualls and Pam of Detroit, MI

4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Jessie Bailey; 1 sister, Ethel Frances Landry; and 3 brothers, Bud Bailey and Uel and Gene Smith
