Charles Denton Cowan was born on May 25, 1966 in Dallas, Texas to Thisbie Ann (Barnes) Stout and Daniel Cowan and passed away on March 23, 2023 in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the age of 56. Mr. Cowan was an engineer and a U.S. Navy Veteran.

Survivors are children, Cassie Boyd and Derek of Tennyson, IN , Jordyn Cowan and Jameson of Galveston, TX, Harry Norris and Hannah of Las Vegas, NV and Grace Dow and Jeremy of Houston, TX; grandson, Malcom Dow; mother, Thisbie Stout of Vian, OK; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father and sister, Connie Cowan.

Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
