Charles Edward 'Chuck' Homolka

Charles “The Tax Doctor” was born in Illinois on July 10, 1951, to Francis Odessa (Rogers) and Edward Homolka, he passed this life on June 26, 2023 in Muldrow, Oklahoma.

Charles was the owner/operator of C&H Associates which began in Muldrow, OK and then moved to Fort Smith, AR. Charles was very proud of his business and took great care with each client.

He graduated from St. Xavier College in Illinois and also studied at Benedictine College. He continued his education on a continuous basis throughout his life.

Charles was a master chess player and enjoyed coaching young students at various middle schools in the area. He was a member of the Arkansas Chess Association. He was an active member of the Fort Smith National Historic Site and took part in character re-enactments. He also enjoyed acting and was cast in many plays at the Fort Smith Little Theater.

Charles is survived by his beloved fur baby, Rusty, and a host of family and friends.

A gathering of family and friends will take place at TJ’s Burger Barn (formerly Blue Ribbon Diner) 900 E. Shawntel Smith Blvd., Muldrow, Oklahoma on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 6 – 8 PM. All family and friends are welcome. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
