Services for Charles Edward “Ed” George, 89 of Roland, OK will be at 10:00am on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Living Water Fellowship in Roland, OK. Burial will follow at Roland City Cemetery in Roland, OK under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
Mr. George was born on October 10, 1928 in Moffett, OK to Daisy Winfred Faulkner George and Clarence Otis George and passed away on July 14, 2018 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Helen Marie Wofford George on June 10, 1947 in Ft. Smith, AR. She preceded him in death. He was a retired supervisor for Felix Thompson Company.

Survivors are:1 daughter and son in law: Becky and Mike Fouts of Van Buren, AR
2 sons and 1 daughter in law: Eddie and Judy George of Liberty, OK and Stanley “Dick” George of Lowell, AR
7 grandchildren: Jennifer Geels, Jessica Strayer, Eric George, Dr. Kim Brunk, Sarah Fouts, Allison Armer and Madison Fouts
7 great grandchildren: Tyler Geels, Julie Geels, Addilee Armer, Trey Brunk, Lincoln Strayer, London Strayer and Avah Armer
3 sisters: Margaret Blaylock of Muldrow, OK, Wanda Rogers of Roland, OK and Carolyn Brunk of Redland, OK
1 brother: Donald George of Springdale, AR
several nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends
He was preceded in death by his wife, parents, 1 son: Michael Ray George and 1 brother: Eugene George

Active pallbearers will be Eric George, Tyler Geels, Jason Geels, Dwight Strayer, Adam Armer and Dale Brunk. Honorary pallbearers will be Trey Brunk and Lincoln Strayer.

Viewing will be 1-8 pm Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel – Muldrow, OK where the family will greet 6-8 pm.
