Chasity Quintell Horsley was born on September 24, 1983 in Dinuba, California to Teresa Lou (Cowett) Ross and Mitchell Lee Horsley and passed away on March 4, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was married to Matthew Gene Davison on July 6, 2002 in Vian, Oklahoma.

4 brothers: Mitchell Horsley of Oklahoma, Robbie Ross of Tulsa, OK, Brandon Lee Horsley and Tylor Lee Horsley of Missouri

nieces and nephews: Zayda Lee, Shyleigh, Arian,
Teitlynn, Jaxon, Blayden, Shiloh, Landon, Kyle,
Delilah Jo, Talon, and Daxton

She was preceded in death by her husband, Matthew Gene Davison; step father, Freddie Keith Ross; her grandmother, Dale Morris; grandfather, Billy Ray Dale Cowett; and her paternal grandfather, Wesley Horsley

Viewing will be Wednesday noon – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
