Memorial Service for Chelsy Elaine Chapman, 35 of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 8, 2024 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

She was born on September 29, 1988 in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Sabrina Michelle (Bryant) Jamison and Ronald Ray Chapman and passed away on January 30, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Chelsy was a human resources manager. She was an excellent mom and basketball player. She loved big and was a beautiful person inside and out. She loved to cook and eat everyone’s food and hers. She was funny and fun to be around and could light up a room. Chelsy was also a registered professional boxer.

Survivors are children, Xaiden Northcutt, Xander Chapman, Ava Chapman, Aniah Chapman and Braxton Keel; mother, Sabrina Jamison of Muldrow, OK; father, Ronald Chapman of Fort Smith, AR; step-fathers, Tommy Pitchford of Roland, OK and Jason Phillips of Muldrow, OK; sisters, Brianna Limore and Colt of Fayetteville, AR, Lauren Johnson, Apryl Thomas and Derek of Yorba Linda, CA and Bailey Ricks of Muldrow, OK; brothers, Rayce Phillips of Edmond, OK, Landon Pitchford of Roland, OK, Levon Pitchford of Fort Smith, AR and Jordan Parchman of Muldrow, OK; and numerous other relatives and friends.
