Funeral service for Christine Devine (McCoy) Miska, 82 of Vian, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at McCoy Evening Shade Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on September 5, 1937 in Vian, Oklahoma to Jessie Marie (Plum) McCoy and Stand Watie McCoy and passed away on July 8, 2020 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mrs. Miska was a waitress for Cherokee Nation Human Services.

Survivors are:

2 sons: Wayne Ritter and Sue Ellen of South Hutch, KS and Jerry McCoy and Sharon of Guam;

8 grandchildren: Stacey Jones, Chad Ritter, Amanda McCoy, William Ritter, Brianna Ritter, Kaitlyn McCoy, Jason Ritter and Justin Ritter;

12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchildren;

3 sisters: Gladys Winsel of Vian, OK, Dorothy McWaters of Vian, OK and Louise Hart and Carroll of Vian, OK;

3 brothers: Don McCoy and Paula of Vian, OK, Ray McCoy of Beggs, OK and Larry McCoy and Paulene of Preston, OK;

numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and 5 siblings: Betty Lou Brown, Elijah Thomas McCoy, Alex McCoy, Norman McCoy and Alice Scoggins.

Active Pallbearers will be Chad Ritter, William Ritter, Justin Jones, Dalton Nichols, Seth Hunt and Wayne Ritter.

Viewing will be Noon – 8 pm Saturday and 2 – 8 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisawwhere the family will greet 4 – 6 pm Sunday.
