Christopher Michael Holmes

Christopher Michael Holmes, age 51, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away on February 18, 2025. He was born on January 5, 1974, in Roswell, New Mexico, to Pat Howard and Johnny Holmes. Christopher's journey through life was marked by his dedication to family and his work with Bill Brown Tire, where he contributed his skills and diligence.

Christopher was united in marriage to Sharon (Pettit) Holmes in June 2017, sharing a loving home together in Sallisaw. He was a father to his two daughters, Raina Holmes of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Sam Harris of Jackson, Mississippi. In addition, he leaves behind three sons: William Holmes of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, Little Leaf Youngpuppy of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, and Spencer Sisney of Sallisaw, Oklahoma.

In his passing, Christopher is survived by his mother, Pat Howard of Vian, Oklahoma. He also leaves behind a sister, Brandee Howard of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; one brother, Jeremy Howard of Florida; and one sister-in-law, Karen Pettit of Sallisaw, OK. Christopher’s life touched many, and he will be remembered fondly by several nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as countless friends and relatives.

He was preceded in death by his father; as well as his best friend, Tim; and a brother-in-law, Virgil.

Memorial Service will be at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Sallisaw Creek Park in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. The cremation service for Christopher is being handled by Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.
