Funeral Service for Clayborn “Mack” “Cabe” McClure, 86 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on January 18, 1934 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Iva (Holland) McClure and Cornealious Robert McClure and passed away on December 28, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Lois (Copeland) McClure on August 14, 1954 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on February 23, 2018. Mr. McClure was a U.S. Army Veteran and a welder.

Survivors are:

2 daughters: Carolyn Dorsey of Claremore, OK and Cathy Brannan and Mike of Claremore, OK;

3 grandchildren: Cary Dorsey-Bohm and Tyler of Nixa, MO, Jeremy Brannan and Kristen of Edmond, OK and Lara Dorsey of Springfield, MO;

3 great grandchildren: Elliott Bohm of Nixa, MO, Hattie Bohm of Nixa, MO and Evelyn Brannan of Edmond, OK;

4 sisters: Mary Barger and Don of Sallisaw, OK, Martha Taylor and Lee of Sallisaw, OK, Brenda Bryant and Victor of Sallisaw, OK and Linda Bush of Marble City, OK;

3 brothers: Cecil McClure and Pearl of Sallisaw, OK, Clayton McClure and Shirley of Grove, OK and Connie McClure and Ethel of Sallisaw, OK;

numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, parents and 5 brothers: Leon, Wayne, Hubert, Hulen and John McClure.

Active Pallbearers will be Tyler Bohm, Jeremy Brannan, Jeff Copeland, Wyatt Copeland, Blake Reese and Darrell Wilkie.

Viewing will be 10 am – 1 pm Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw.
