Clydia Drywater

Funeral Service for Clydia Drywater, 91, of Gans, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Gans Cemetery in Gans, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on August 3, 1932 in Porter, Oklahoma to Willie Etta (Kilgore) Mankiller and Clyde Haskell Ree and passed away on October 23, 2023 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. She was a certified nursing assistant and of the Baptist faith. She was a wonderful cook who enjoyed collecting recipes and loved sharing her food with others. She was passionate about singing at the Gans Bible Church where she was a member. She loved to dance and her spirit shone through. She was a vibrant soul that even enjoyed a little time at the casino when she was able.

Survivors are one daughter, Jean Wagner and Dick of Broken Arrow, OK; one son, Jess Drywater of Sallisaw, OK; four grandchildren, David Scott of Tulsa, OK, Randy Scott of Tulsa, OK, Ginger Pendleton of Claremore, OK and Zandy Drywater of Berryhill, OK; 10 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Jackie Collins of Gans, OK; many nieces and nephews; and several other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by one son, Mike Drywater; her parents; and three brothers, Dale Ree, Carl Ree and Bill Ree.

Active Pallbearers will be Randy Scott, Michael Collins, Tommy Victory, Darryl Hammer, Tim Carter and Keith Shevlin.
