Graveside Service for Connie “Jim” Davis, 87, of Vian, Oklahoma will be at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc. Officiating will be Martha Baysinger.

Graveside Service for Connie “Jim” Davis, 87, of Vian, Oklahoma will be at 3:00 PM on Friday, September 17, 2021 at Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc. Officiating will be Martha Baysinger.
He was born on January 3, 1934 in Blackgum, Oklahoma to Nellie Odessa (Choate) Davis and Marion Thomas Davis and passed away on September 14, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Connie was a veteran of the Korean War and had retired from barbering after 40 years.
Survivors are:
He leaves behind two daughters, Misty Davis of Norman, OK and Monica Davis of Dallas, TX;
granddaughter: Fenix Davis-Hale of Norman, OK;
sister-in-law: Billie Davis of Blackgum, OK;
7 nieces and 3 nephews.
Connie was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Nellie Davis of Blackgum, brother Donald and sister-in-law Dorothy Davis of Tulsa and Quinton Davis of Blackgum.
Pallbearers will be Justin Schambron, Mike Wisdom, Stewart Davis, Branden Brown, Bobby Warren II and Brice Brown.
Viewing will be 4 – 8 PM Wednesday and 10 AM – 8 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK.
