Services for Cydney “Jill” Martin Johnson, 52 of Ft. Smith, Arkansas will be at 10 am on Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Box Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on April 18, 1966 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to Gola Sue (Baker) Clark and Sidney Frank Martin and passed away on August 25, 2018 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She was married to Roger Blake Johnson on December 31, 1996 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was a medical transcriptionist for Sparks Regional Medical Center and Holt Krock Clinic and Protestant.

Husband: Roger Johnson of the home

3 step children: Gabriel Johnson and wife, Autumn of Alma, AR, Hilary Johnson of Ft. Smith, AR, and Blakely Johnson of Dallas, TX

3 grandchildren: Cade Allison, Lexton and Knox Johnson

Father and stepmother: Sid and Leslie Martin of Ft. Smith, AR

step father: Tom Clark of Ft. Smith, AR

2 brothers: Scott Martin and wife, Sara of Ft. Smith, AR and Trey Clark of Ft. Smith, AR

1 sister: Holly Davidson and husband, Nick of Ft. Smith, AR

She was preceded in death by her mother, Gola Clark and grandparents, Stanley and Lois Martin and Mitchell and Monteen Baker

Friends may sign the book Wednesday from 10 am – 8 pm at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw. The family will greet Thursday from 9 am – 10 am at the funeral home.
