Graveside service for Cynthia “Mrs. Cindy” Phelan, 59 of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 4, 2021 at Liberty Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on May 24, 1961 in Grand Island, Nebraska to Pauline Louise (Knigge) Disney and William Lee Disney and passed away on December 30, 2020 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. She was married to Johnny Leon Phelan on May 20, 1978 in Golden, Colorado. Mrs. Cindy worked in early childhood development and was an avid follower of Christ.

Survivors are:

husband: Johnny of the home;

3 daughters: Lisa Phelan of New Diggings, WI, Sharon Phelan of Plano, TX and Sarah Phelan of Plano, TX;

2 sons: Matthew Phelan of Muldrow, OK and Daniel Phelan and Tabitha of Roland, OK;

2 stepsons: Christopher Walker of Oklahoma City, OK and James Walker of Fort Smith, AR;

8 grandchildren and 6 step grandchildren;

mother: Pauline Disney of Geneva, NE;

2 sisters: Pauline Johns of Lansdale, PA and Chris Phillips of Beatrice, NE;

2 brothers: Tom Disney of Alexandria, NE and Curt Disney of Alexandria, NE;

She was preceded in death by twin daughters: Crystal and Rebecca Phelan and her dad.

Active Pallbearers will be Matthew Phelan, Daniel Phelan, Chris Walker, James Walker, Troy Stevenson and James Stevenson.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Noah Phelan, Wyatt Phelan, Timothy Phelan and Jacob Phelan.

Viewing will be 2 – 8 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow.
