I was so shocked and saddened to learn of Dale’s passing:( He was my mom’s (Margie Walters) yard man for many years and continued to help me out with her yard after she had to move to Sequoyah Manor in Sallisaw after an upper respiratory virus knocked her legs out from under her and her dementia worsened. My mom thought the world of Dale and he helped her out in some of her hardest times especially during the time she was caring for my brother while her condition was worsening. I know Dale was so willing to help her out not just with the yard but even drove her and my brother to Stigler a few times when my brother had to see a doctor there for a special procedure. Dale always went above and beyond to help her and many others out……as well as trying to help me out in caring for my mom’s house and yard after she moved into the nursing home. Yes, Dale had a servant’s heart in caring for his family and others. I will miss him dearly . I’m sorry I didn’t know of his passing until now ……..wish I could have been at his funeral to pay my respects. May God bless you all with great peace and comfort as you deal with the loss of Dale. He is in a much greater place and at peace. It’s just so hard for all of you all left behind and with a big hole in your hearts as you figure out how to move forward without him. Our love, hugs and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time……Marc and Doris Crews

Dale and the Crowson family were wonderful neighbors. We had some great times playing up and down the creeks that ran through our property. Friends for ever. You will not be forgotten. God Bless the Crowson Family.

I'm so sorry to hear of Dale's passing. He did indeed have a servant's heart. Every time he would see or speak to me he'd say "now if you and Russell are ever in Sallisaw call me and we'll go out to eat." I stayed with his mother during the time she had fell and broke her wrist. You could just see the love between these two . He loved his mother. Dale loved all of his family and spoke very highly of each one. Even though I've rarely had the opportunity to see or speak with Dale these last few years, I'll miss him.....just knowing he's passed. Dale was a good man. Condolences to all of his family

I’m so thankful I got to have you as my brother, Dale. You were definitely a giver. You took care of everyone. I’m grateful for those early years of my marriage when you wired our house David built. The early mornings you’d come out to visit with me while I was pregnant. And the calls we shared after we moved to TN. I love you and know you’re with all of our other family members in heaven now. I’ll see you again one day. Your sister, Jenny
