Funeral Service for Dale “Bobby” Goines, 70, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma will be at 11:50 AM on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at U.S. National Cemetery at 1:00 PM in Fort Smith, Arkansas under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on November 27, 1951 in Poteau, Oklahoma to Beulah (Nye) Goines and Abe Goines and passed away on December 21, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was married to Donna (Foster) Goines on December 30, 1971 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He was a carpenter, cabinet builder, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran of the Vietnam War and was of the Assembly of God faith.
Survivors are:
Wife, Donna of the home;
2 Sons, Bobby and Dayna Goines of Oklahoma City, OK and Phillip and Jacklin Goines of Wilburton, OK;
6 Grandchildren, Hailey Goines, Christian Goines, Aliyah Goines, Peyton Goines, Evan Goines and Fabri Goines;
1 Sister, Norma Stone of Poteau, OK;
1 Brother, Dan Ray “Jr.” Goines of Spiro, OK;
and numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Abe and Beulah (Nye) Goines; two brother, Donald Lee Goines and Harvey Lee Goines; and a sister.
Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Wednesday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 5 – 7 PM.
