Graveside Services for Dale Milton McFarland, 86, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, November 8, 2019 at The McFarland Family Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
He was born on March 27, 1933 in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma to Ester (Taylor) McFarland and Henry McFarland and passed away on October 19, 2019 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. He was married to Pansy Lee (Cox) McFarland on March 12, 1954 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. He owned and operated McFarland Mobil Station in Ft. Gibson, Oklahoma, was a butter maker on a dairy farm and was a heavy equipment operator. He was a member of Gans Bible Church.

1 son: Nathan McFarland and Michelle of Gans, OK;
5 grandchildren: Lisa James and Jesse of Gans, OK, Deanna Smith and Blakely of Sallisaw, OK, Chris Merrill of Gans, OK, Cassie McFarland of Gans, OK and Kayley McFarland of Gans, OK;
8 great grandchildren: Jessica Thompson and Austin of Sallisaw, OK, Hadlie Webster and Dougie of Tulsa, OK, Laney James of Gans, OK, Jaylie Taylor of Sallisaw, OK, Landon James of Gans, OK, Remington Dart of Sallisaw, OK, Brylee Smith of Sallisaw, OK and Seth Smith of Sallisaw, OK;
4 great great grandchildren: Bostyn, Brynlie, Brycenn and Branxton;
1 brother: Tommy McFarland of Muskogee, OK;
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters: Billie Jean Landers and Evelyn Gladd, and 3 brothers: Richard, Hack and Bobby McFarland.
Pallbearers will be Greg Cox, Chris Merrill, Blakely Smith, Jesse James, Brylee Smith and Landon James.
Viewing will be 10 AM – 8 PM Saturday and 2 – 8 PM Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma.
