Graveside Service for Daniel Smith, 65 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at Barnoski Cemetery in Vian, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on October 16, 1956 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Pauline (Smith) Forbus and passed away on May 17, 2022 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was of the Christian faith.

Survivors are:

1 sister, Lena Samuels of Orlando, FL;

2 brothers, Fernlin Smith and Ben Forbus, both of Sallisaw, OK;

and several other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother; and three brothers, Glen Forbus, Barney Wesley Smith and Frederick Forbus.

Viewing will be 1 – 8 pm Monday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
