Darlene (Dyer) Jones

Funeral Service for Darlene (Dyer) Jones, 65, of Roland, Oklahoma, will be at 3:00 PM on Friday, August 30, 2024 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Upper Camp Creek Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on July 26, 1959 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Peggy Lee Frazier and John Wesley "Jay" Dyer and passed away on August 26, 2024 in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She formerly worked in the bakery department at Patterson's Superette and was of the Pentecostal faith.

Survivors are one daughter, Jaylene Patterson and James of Roland, OK; one son, Joshua Jones of Huntsville, AR; three grandchildren Jacob Johnson and Samantha, Lane Johnson and Whitney, and Heather Wade; one great-grandchild, Lanely Johnson; mother, Peggy Dyer of Fort Smith, AR; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father; one son, Jacob Jones; and one sister, Debbie Dean.

Active Pallbearers will be Jacob Johnson, Lane Johnson, James Patterson, Wesley Dean, Rylan Dean and Robert Dean. 

Visitation with the family will be 4 - 6 PM Thursday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK.
