Funeral Service for David Lee Allen, 31 of Gans, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, September 25, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on April 15, 1992 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Stephney Jean (Wilson) Allen and Michael David Allen and passed away on September 19, 2023 in Chappell, Nebraska. He was an over-the-road truck driver for PDP Unlimited, Inc. and was of the Freewill Baptist faith.

Survivors are parents, Michael and Stephney Allen of Gans, OK; sister, Myka Allen and Jesse Lawson of Roland, OK; girlfriend, Jada Hanshew of Vian, OK; grandparents, Johnnie Wilson and Joyce of Gans, OK; aunts, Kimberly Cardwell of Gans, OK, April McWaters and Jason of Gans, OK, Becky Brown and Clay of Van Buren, OK and Sherri Smith and Ron of Cave Springs, AR; uncle, Cory Allen of Roland, OK; and numerous other relatives and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Larry Allen and Lorinda Cox.

Active Pallbearers will be Dillon Cardwell, Tymothy Smith, John Allen, Casey Brown, Dakota Daws and Craig England.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Dylan Gray, Jacob Fritchey and Chase Crawford.

Viewing will be 2 – 8 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw where the family will greet 4 -6 pm.
