David Wendell Phelps

David Wendell Phelps, 60 of Roland, Oklahoma was born on July 18, 1964 in Kansas City, Kansas to Nina Lois (Carter) Phelps and Otis Joe Phelps and passed away on February 20, 2025 in Roland, Oklahoma. Mr. Phelps was a supervisor at Ashland.

Survivors are one daughter, Destini Ross of Van Buren, AR; one son, David Wendell Phelps, II and April of Houston, TX; two grandsons, Davin Ross and Blayze Ross; mother, Nina Phelps of Muldrow, OK; one sister, Debbie Waters and Michael of Muldrow, OK; two brothers, Danny Phelps of Van Buren, AR and Darrin Phelps and Ruby of Muldrow, OK; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
