Dawn (Simpson) Campbell

Celebration of Life Service for Dawn Campbell, 60 of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at The Venue at Cinco’s in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Cremation is under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

She was born on August 25, 1962 in Cheyenne, Oklahoma to Mildred Sue (Lawson) Simpson and Charles Simpson and passed away on September 3, 2022 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. She was married to Edward Lee Campbell on December 10, 1988 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He preceded her in death. Mrs. Campbell was a home health caregiver. She and her husband took in many wayward kids and raised them as their own and still today, they call her mom.

Survivors are:

1 daughter, Tammy Harris of Oklahoma City, OK;

2 sons, Glenn Campbell and Angela of Lancaster, SC and Michael Campbell of Muldrow, OK;

7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild;

1 sister, Marti Terbush of Muldrow, OK;

1 brother, Tommy Simpson of Tecumseh, OK;

many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly, and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and sister, Joyce Simpson.
