Delores Gaye (Qualls) Buckaloo

Delores Gaye (Qualls) Buckaloo, age 70, of Gore, Oklahoma, passed away on April 6, 2025. Born on January 12, 1955, in Lubbock, Texas, Delores was the daughter of Mary Lafawn (Long) Hepp and Roy Virgil Qualls.

Delores will be remembered for her devotion to her family and her warm spirit. She dedicated her life as a housewife while also running her own cleaning business, reflecting her hardworking nature and commitment to those around her. Her marriage to Freddie Eugene "Gene" Buckaloo took place on September 19, 1984, in Lubbock, Texas, and together they built a loving home.

Delores is survived by her husband, Gene Buckaloo of the home; three daughters, Jessica Knox of Houston, Texas, Krissy Valentine of Vian, Oklahoma, and Kimberly Warren and Jason, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one son, Bill Francis of Shallow Water, Texas; three granddaughters, Addilyn Warren, Zuriel Francis, and Raamiah Francis; four grandsons, Alex French, Mike Burns, Landon Warren, and Isaac Valentine; one great-grandchild, Violet French; one sister, Belinda Robinson of Dallas, Texas; three brothers, Christopher Allen of Lubbock, Texas, Christopher Onley of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, and Randall Richardson of Bakersfield, California; and numerous other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Qualls and Mary Hepp; one brother, Mike Qualls; and her grandparents, Clint and Bertie Long.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the viewing, which will be held from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 10, 2025, at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, with a special time for family and friends to gather from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 11, 2025, at First Baptist Church in the Blackgum Community, with burial to follow at Box Cemetery in the same community, under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
