Don K. Hubbard

Memorial service for Don K. Hubbard, 80, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on April 27, 1942 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Esther Johanna (Hiskett) Hubbard and John Kendall Hubbard and passed away on December 28, 2022 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Nancy (Decker) Hubbard on December 18, 1976 at the First Methodist Church in Del City, OK. Don received a double Master’s Degree in Agronomy and Soil Science from Oklahoma State University and was a huge Pokes fan. He was a retired District Conservationist for Soil Conservation Service and retired from Connors State College where he was an instructor and Farm Manager. He formerly worked for Oktaha Public School as a bus driver. Don was of the Christian faith.

Wife of 46 years, Nancy (Decker) Hubbard of Sallisaw, OK. Daughter, Kristi Lee Breshears and Trent of Fountain Hills, AZ, daughter, Abby Don Wiseley of Tulsa, OK, son, John D. Hubbard and Trisha of Tulsa, OK, daughter, Julie Renee Peraza and Armando of Van Buren, AR, and son, Matthew James Hubbard and Rayna of Stigler, OK, and one honorary daughter, Heather Nicole Andrews of Muskogee, OK. former wife, Linda Myrel Hubbard;

Grandchildren: Joshua Crooch and Paige Danner, Madison Wiseley, Maddox Edwards, Jack Hubbard, James Hubbard, Luke Edwards, Ava Strawn, Collin Hubbard, Aaron Peraza, Sawyer Ferm, Camden Hubbard, and Ezekiel Peraza;

Five nieces and nephews; Lori Richards and Chet, Courtney Palmer and Clint, John Hubbard and Nikki, Danni Williams and Jared, and Shai Cloran and Ryan;

Many other relatives and friends.
