Donald Ed Haggard

Donald Ed Haggard, age 80, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, passed away on March 8, 2025, in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He was born on April 3, 1944, in Uniontown, Arkansas, to the late Catherine Beatrice (Brown) Moore and Theodore Roosevelt Haggard. Donald led a life marked by hard work and dedication. He was married to Carol (Burns) Haggard on June 18, 1969, in Boston, Texas. She preceded him in death. Donald was a proud cattle rancher and truck driver.

He is survived by one son, Bill Haggard; his brother, Rex Haggard and Brenda of Sallisaw, Oklahoma; his sister, Sharon Norris of Roland, Oklahoma; and several nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife Carol; one son, Richard Haggard; and his parents.

Donald's life and legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched throughout his journey.
