Graveside services for Donald Lee Rider, 79 of Sallisaw, Oklahoma will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, September 14, 2020 at McCoy Ford Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on October 4, 1940 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Lorene (Wiley) Rider and Carl Jay Rider and passed away on September 11, 2020 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. He was married to Jonna (Fine) Rider. She preceded him in death. Mr. Rider was a retired social worker from Oklahoma Department of Human Services and a U.S. Army veteran.

Survivors are:

2 brothers: Jack Rider and Dorothy of Sallisaw, OK and Jay C. Rider and Marlena of Fort Smith, AR;

niece: Debra Rider of Sallisaw, OK;

nephew: Bill Rider of Sallisaw, OK;

numerous other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Jonna; daughter: Stacy Oliver and his parents.

Viewing will be 10 am – 4 pm Saturday and 2 – 8 pm Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
