Funeral Service for Donald Moton Mabray, 88 of Muldrow, Oklahoma will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Muldrow, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Memory Garden Cemetery in Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
He was born on May 22, 1933 in Muldrow, Oklahoma to Golden Okla Moton Mabray and Will Rhodes Mabray and passed away on November 2, 2021 in Muldrow, Oklahoma. He was married to Betty Jean (Moreland) Mabray on April 20, 1985 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Mr. Mabray was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Muldrow, a proud member of the Cherokee Nation and had once been Director of the Five Civilized Tribes. As a young man, he pipelined through the United States and Canada. He started Mabray Construction Company and built many homes and businesses throughout the area. One of his most loved achievements was being manager and tenor for the gospel group, The Evangeliers.

Wife: Betty of the home;
Daughters: Sherri Mabray Falkner and Alan of Muldrow, OK and Laurie Jean Mabray Mankin and Kyle of Fort Worth, TX;
Sons: Danny Mabray of Muldrow, OK, Jim Ed Mabray and Debra of Muldrow, OK and Tim Mabray and Paula of Glenpool, OK.
Step-children: Kim Crawford of Tahlequah, OK and Chris Perkins of Salado, TX;
13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter;
Sister: Martha Tippetts Olsen of Muldrow, OK;
Other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 sons: Mike, Larry Dale and Joe David Mabray; brother: Bill Ed Mabray and mother of his children: Jerry A. Mabray.
Active Pallbearers will be Greg Mitchell, A.J. Henshaw, Jargo Jones, Alan Falkner, Kyle Mankin and Gerald Elliott.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Cody Mabray, Jeremy Mabray, Hayes Falkner, Collin Mankin, William Mankin, Henry Mankin, Danny Richardson, members of The Misfits Sunday School Class and members of the Moreland and Tidwell families.
Viewing will be 10 am – 8 pm Friday at Trinity United Methodist Church in Muldrow where the family will greet 6 – 8 pm.
