Funeral service for Donnie Reed, 93 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, formerly of Sallisaw, will be at 1:00 PM on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Sallisaw, Oklahoma. Burial will be at Sallisaw City Cemetery in Sallisaw, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.

He was born on October 8, 1929 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma to Edna Louie (Burton) Cheek and Dollen Reed and passed away on May 31, 2023 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mr. Reed was a U.S. Army Veteran, a retired contractor and landlord and of the Baptist faith.
Survivors are two daughters, Donna Keenan of Oklahoma City, OK and Ramona Reed of Oklahoma City, OK; two grandsons, Austin and Andrew Keenan; three great-grandchildren, Kylee Keenan, R.J. and J.W. Keenan; two brothers, Charles Reed of Sallisaw, OK and Dr. Ben Cheek of Sallisaw, OK; multiple nieces, nephews, great-nephews and great-nephews; and several other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his son, Erick Wilkinson; mother, Edna Louise (Burton) Cheek; two sisters, Peggy Whitener and Addie Griffin; and two brothers, Bob Reed and Burton Cheek.
Viewing will be 11 AM – 6 PM Friday at Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home in Sallisaw, OK where the family will greet 4 – 6 PM.
